Stratford based Consensus Opera present and evening of popular operatic works by Verdi, Mozart, Puccini, Handel, Rossini, Delibes, and others.

Tim and Claire Johnson formed Consensus Opera in 2007 with the aim of bringing together some of the best local actors and finest singers to perform a series of unique and highly acclaimed stage productions around Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.  Mozart’s classic comedy Cosi fan Tutte was performed to capacity audiences in March and May 2022, during the course of which over £2,000 was raised for worthy local causes.

For this 75th Anniversary Opera Gala, some of the cast of Cosi fan Tutte (from left in photo below: Patricia Head, Claire Johnson, David Coulson, Joan Self, Paul Mocroft and Tim Johnson) will perform arias, ensembles and choruses from well-loved favourites to hidden gems.
