Musical Offering believes that music can excite, calm, heal, transform and nurture. Wanting to move away from the traditional performer and audience concert experience, the trio aims to create a space where participants can experience music in their own very personal way.

Musical Offering is made up of three leading UK woodwind soloists. Maddy Aldis-Evans is principal oboist in Sinfonia Viva, clarinettist Mandy Burvill is a former member of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Laurence Perkins was a former principal bassoonist in Manchester Camerata.

Trio d'anche means literally ‘reed trio’ - the oboe and bassoon are double-reed and the clarinet is single-reed, all of which creates a special and distinctive sound.
